The role offers earned commission on top of an hourly wage and involves working with pawn and short-term loan services. You will greet customers, explain loan terms, process sales, evaluate merchandise, and maintain a clean sales floor while handling cash and basic opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with pawn/short-term loan services is a plus.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiables responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
