FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, assist with pawn and short-term loans, and process sales with accuracy while following company guidelines.

Earn hourly pay plus commission, with benefits and opportunities available. This role offers flexible scheduling and a path to growth within a nationwide network of stores.

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Comfort with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn/short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value for buy/sell/loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
