Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with merchandise in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an hourly wage of $11.00 to $14.00 plus a commission on transactions up to 8%, with Earned Wage Access and 401(k) benefits. Typical hours align with store hours; Sundays may be closed in many locations, and opportunities for growth exist within FirstCash.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a pawn store environment with jewelry and general merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions per policy and procedure.
• Keeps sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandised.
• Handles cash and negotiables according to company rules.
• Answers incoming calls per standards and assists customers.
