First Cash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Baton Rouge, LA. You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn loans, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while handling cash and following regulations.

Earn commissions on top of hourly wages, with tuition reimbursement and a range of employee benefits. This role requires weekend availability and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms experience in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Commission information: 2–8% based on individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
