Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Sales Associate in the Donated Goods Retail department to greet customers, ring up purchases, and help maintain an inviting sales floor.

You will handle cash and card transactions accurately, assist donors, and support visual merchandising while upholding safety and customer service standards.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• POS experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older for scheduling and labor-law compliance.
• Flexible availability across store hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist customers and answer telephone in a positive and professional manner.
• Operate cash register and credit/debit transactions accurately per store policies.
• Organize and rotate merchandise with attractive, clean display and layout.
• Promote and represent Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission.
• Participate in organizational programs and special events.
• Support safety and communicate progress to supervisor.
