Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service in a donated goods retail store. You will greet customers, handle sales, and help maintain an appealing sales floor.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, processing payments, and representing the organization in a positive way. Must be 18+ and able to work flexible evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• POS experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older due to scheduling and state/federal laws.
• Ability to read, write, hear, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist customers and answer the telephone professionally.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately per policies.
• Organize and rotate merchandise; maintain attractive sales floor and cleanliness.
• Promote Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission at all times.
• Participate in organizational programs and special events.
• Support additional tasks and projects as needed.
• Maintain workplace safety and report concerns to supervisor.
