Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Sales Associate for our Donated Goods Retail store. You will greet customers, handle cash transactions, and ensure a clean, well‑displayed sales floor. This role requires reliability, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a neat, professional appearance.

No formal education is required; POS experience is preferred. Applicants must be 18+ and able to perform basic math and operate POS equipment.

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, hear and speak.
Ability to perform simple math.
Ability to operate cash register and credit/debit machines.
Ability to speak English with donors and customers.

Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist customers and answer telephone professionally.
Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
Organize and rotate merchandise with visual merchandising for an attractive floor.
Promote Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission.
Participate in organizational programs and events.
Support additional tasks and projects as needed.
Promote workplace safety and adhere to safety requirements.
Communicate progress, problems, and concerns to Customer Service Manager.
