Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service in a Donated Goods Retail store. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and is non-exempt.

The incumbent greets customers, operates the POS, and maintains an appealing, organized sales floor. Qualifications include basic reading/writing, math skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No formal education is necessary.
• POS experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets, assists customers and answers the telephone in a positive, professional manner.
• Operates cash register and credit/debit transactions accurately following policies.
• Organizes and rotates merchandise for an attractive, clean sales floor and supports visual merchandising.
