Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service in our Donated Goods retail store. You will greet customers, assist donors, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

This non-exempt role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, basic math and cash handling, and the ability to stand for long periods. No formal education is required, but POS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• No formal education necessary.
• POS experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and available for evenings and weekends.
• Flexible scheduling across all store hours to meet customer needs.
• State and federal child labor law compliance may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greets, assists customers and answers telephone in a positive and professional manner.
• Operates cash register and credit/debit transactions with accuracy and according to policies.
• Organizes, color coordinates and rotates merchandise on the sales floor with visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Promotes and represents Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission in a positive manner.
• Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
