Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Sales Associate for the Donated Goods Retail department. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate cash handling, and maintaining an inviting sales floor.

You will assist customers, operate the register, and help with merchandising while upholding the organization’s mission and safety standards. Flexible scheduling across store hours is required.

Qualifications

• No formal education necessary.
• POS experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets, assists customers and answers telephone in a positive and professional manner.
• Operates cash register and credit/debit transactions with accuracy and according to policies.
• Organizes, colors coordinates and rotates merchandise for an attractive sales floor layout and cleanliness.
• Promotes Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission at all times.
• Participates in organizational programs and special events.
• Promotes a safe work environment and adherence to safety requirements.
• Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
