Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Donated Goods Retail team. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and help maintain an inviting sales floor while upholding store policies.

Key duties include operating the cash register, handling transactions accurately, supporting visual merchandising, and representing our mission in daily interactions. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, hear, and speak.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Ability to operate cash register and credit/debit machines.
• Must be able to speak English to interact with donors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist customers, and answer telephone in a positive, professional manner.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Organize and rotate merchandise for an attractive sales floor and maintain cleanliness.
• Promote Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission in every interaction.
• Participate in events and support additional tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Communicate progress and concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
