Job summary

The Lovesac Company is hiring a Sales Associate to connect with customers, showcase our Sacs and Sactionals, and help shoppers design spaces that fit their lifestyle. You will build relationships, deliver exceptional service, and drive the Lovesac selling process in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail or customer service, are comfortable with technology and CRM tools, and can stand for long periods while assisting customers and moving products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively selling using Lovesac selling process.
• Maintain a strong personal quote pipeline and follow up to drive conversions.
• Build lasting client relationships and fuel loyalty while embracing change.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge with engaging brand tours and closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs while upholding brand standards.
