Responsibilities

• Processes freight and assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy and handles all cash, checks and credit cards correctly.
• Provides proper customer service: greeting customers, assisting with fitting room policies, and thanking customers.
• Explains exchange/refund policies and supports loss prevention procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping and merchandising on the sales floor as needed.
