Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).

Responsibilities

• Process freight and price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to policy.
• Bag merchandise and handle cash/credit cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties.
• Provide customer service, greet customers, assist with fitting rooms, ring transactions, invite returns.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Assist with Loss Prevention procedures and report theft or incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
