• Processes freight
• Assists with price changes/markdowns
• Balances register per policy
• Bags merchandise efficiently during checkout
• Handles cash, checks and cards per policy
• Obtains management approval for returns/voids and checks
• Maintains housekeeping duties as assigned
• Provides professional customer service and greeting
• Follows all safety procedures
• Keeps a professional neat appearance with name tag
• Assists with merchandising on the sales floor per stock level
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers
• Supports loss prevention and reports shoplifting
• Performs other duties as assigned
