Job summary

Elements Massage Nutley is hiring a Front Desk / Sales Associate to be the face of our studio. You will drive membership sales, support service providers, and deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience.

Role requires energy, strong communication, and a goal-oriented mindset. Part-time or full-time schedules with peak-evening and weekend shifts. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail, hospitality, spa, or membership sales (subscription/membership sales preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and polished presence.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and educate clients on the Elements Wellness Program.
• Welcome and assist guests, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain a premium studio atmosphere.
• Master booking software to schedule appointments, rebook clients, and optimise room usage.
• Sell enhancements, retail items, and gift cards to tailor client care.

We’re hiring a Front Desk / Sales Associate to be the face of our studio. In this role, you’ll drive membership sales, support our service providers, and deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Membership Sales Confidently educate clients on our Elements Wellness Program and close new membership subscriptions.
• Elevate Guest Experience Welcome clients warmly, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain a calm, premium studio atmosphere.
• Maximize Schedule Volume Master our booking software to schedule appointments, rebook clients, and optimise room utilisation.
• Sell Enhancements & Retail Recommend add‑on services (Hot Stone, CBD) and gift cards to customise client care.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ Years Experience Background in retail, hospitality, spa, or membership sales (subscription/membership sales preferred).
• High Energy & Polish Confident verbal communication, a warm presence, and a professional demeanour.
• Sales‑Driven Motivated by hitting monthly targets, conversion rates, and earning performance bonuses.
• Peak Availability Must be available for peak volume shifts, including evenings and weekends.
