Elements Massage Nutley is seeking a Front Desk / Sales Associate to be the face of our studio. You will drive membership sales, support our service providers, and deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience.

We value high energy, strong communication, and a professional demeanor. The role requires engaging customers, scheduling appointments, and promoting add-ons for enhanced client care. Peak shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, spa, or membership sales.
• Peak availability for evenings and weekends.
• Confident verbal communication and warm presence.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales: educate clients on the Elements Wellness Program and close new memberships.
• Elevate guest experience: warmly welcome clients, manage check-ins/outs, maintain a premium studio atmosphere.
• Maximize schedule volume: use booking software to schedule appointments, rebook clients, and optimize room utilization.
• Sell enhancements & retail: recommend add-ons and gift cards to customize client care.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hr + Monthly Sales Bonuses & Commissions

Schedule: Part-Time / Full-Time (Peak hours: Evenings & Weekends)

What You'll Do

• Drive Membership Sales: Confidently educate clients on our Elements Wellness Program and close new membership subscriptions.

• Elevate Guest Experience: Welcome clients warmly, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain a calm, premium studio atmosphere.

• Maximize Schedule Volume: Master our booking software to schedule appointments, rebook clients, and optimize room utilization.

• Sell Enhancements & Retail: Recommend add-on services (Hot Stone, CBD) and gift cards to customize client care.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ Years Experience: Background in retail, hospitality, spa, or membership sales (subscription/membership sales preferred).

• High Energy & Polish: Confident verbal communication, a warm presence, and a professional demeanor.

• Sales-Driven: Motivated by hitting monthly targets, conversion rates, and earning performance bonuses.

• Peak Availability: Must be available for peak volume shifts, including evenings and weekends.
