Job summary

Elements Massage in McAllen, TX is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to help clients discover the Elements Wellness Program. You will follow a proven sales process, listen attentively to client needs, and provide spa-like customer service to encourage memberships and services.

The role emphasizes hospitality, attentiveness, and accurate use of scheduling and payment tools to create outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Love listening to new, existing, and prospective clients.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa-like environment is preferred; hospitality and execution are valued.
• Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments use easy-to-learn computer programs.
