Job summary

Elements Massage Ken Caryl is seeking Wellness Membership Advisors to engage with guests and guide their wellness journeys. You’ll promote memberships, upsell services, and book appointments, while keeping the studio welcoming and organized.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of sales/customer service in spa/retail, a friendly attitude, and the ability to learn new software. The role offers a supportive team, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Overview

Wellness Membership Advisor "WMA" - Elements Massage Ken Caryl

If you’re looking for a sales associate position where you can help facilitate positive changes in a meaningful way, then look no further!

Here at Elements Massage Ken Caryl, we provide our communities with wellness opportunities in the form of therapeutic massage and our Wellness Memberships.

We are currently seeking 2 individuals with bright and friendly personalities who love engaging with clientele face‑to‑face and taking an active role in the health and wellness journeys of others.

Schedule Availability: Sunday - Thursday from 1PM - 9PM (approx. 37.5hrs scheduled)

Tuesday and Thursday - Saturday from 8AM - 1PM or 8AM - 4PM (approx. 20-27hrs scheduled)

*Additional hours may be available.

Responsibilities include selling our Wellness Membership programs, upselling services, booking appointments, maintaining our clean and inviting studio, answering the phone professionally and politely, and overall ensuring an excellent guest experience. In return, we will provide:
