Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC in Bellingham is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, manage front desk duties, and educate clients about memberships and services. You will help book and rebook appointments while supporting sales and studio goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to clients.
• Customer service in a spa-like environment preferred; hospitality and execution valued.
• Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments handled with simple programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for employees and clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional studio experience.
• Manage front desk: phones, guest check-in/out, scheduling, and transactions.
• Schedule and rebook appointments; fill cancellations to keep calendars full and productive.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, enhancements, gift cards, and retail products.
• Support membership sales, guest retention, and studio performance goals.
• Ensure service providers have supplies and resources for exceptional service.
• Assist with laundry and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and shared areas.
• Maintain accurate guest, appointment, and membership information.
• Work with the team and assist opening/closing and daily operational duties.

• Educate guests on services, memberships, enhancements, gift cards, and retail products.
• Support membership sales, guest retention, and studio performance goals.
• Ensure Service Providers have the supplies and resources needed to provide exceptional service.
• Assist with laundry and maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment rooms and shared studio areas.
• Maintain accurate guest, appointment, and membership information.
• Work collaboratively with the studio team and assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
