Job summary

Elements Massage in Bellingham seeks a friendly Retail Sales Associate to drive membership sales and deliver spa-like service. You will greet guests, manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and educate clients on services and products.

Ideal candidates will have retail sales or customer service experience, comfort with scheduling software, and a passion for creating memorable client experiences while supporting studio goals and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
• Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments are processed with easy-to-learn programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional, and welcoming studio experience.
• Manage front desk operations, including phones, guest check-in/check-out, scheduling, and transactions.
• Schedule and rebook appointments while proactively filling cancellations and openings.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, enhancements, gift cards, and retail products.
• Support membership sales, guest retention, and studio performance goals.
• Ensure providers have the supplies and resources needed to provide exceptional service.
• Assist with laundry and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and shared areas.
• Maintain accurate guest, appointment, and membership information.
• Work with the studio team and assist with opening, closing, and daily duties.

• Ability to work independently, while maintaining a strong team and customer service mindset.

• Maintain accurate guest, appointment, and membership information.
• Work collaboratively with the studio team and assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational duties as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
