Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support loss prevention standards.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and overall store upkeep.
• Assist in store operations as needed and adapt to area coverage.
• Provide feedback and uphold labor policies, safety, and shrink-reduction goals.
