Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Ring customer purchases and returns accurately and count change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
