Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and processes for the sales floor.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
• Support safety policies and labor laws; assist in shrink reduction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
