Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience across our TJ Maxx stores. You will engage with customers, process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities include accurate ringing, product replenishment, and participation in store recovery while upholding safety and company standards. Prior retail experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ring purchases and returns accurately and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and ensure cleanliness and safety on the sales floor.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and labor policies.
