Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and shrink reduction programs.
• Support safety initiatives and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
