The role emphasizes proactive engagement with customers, integrity, and effective communication in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities include processing freight, handling transactions, aiding with price changes, maintaining loss-prevention protocols, and supporting management in merchandising and store operations.

Formación

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsabilidades

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently during transactions.
• Handles all cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns and voids as needed.
• Maintains store appearance and housekeeping.
• Provides proper customer service and greets customers.
• Explains exchange and refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention efforts and reports incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
