The Citi Trends, Inc. Sales Associate role is a frontline position focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining knowledge of merchandise to drive satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support store operations within the Store Operations department, process transactions, assist with price changes and markdowns, maintain appearance, and contribute to a positive work culture while following company policies.

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong mathematical calculation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process freight.
• Assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handle cash, checks and credit cards correctly.
• Obtain management approval for returns/voids/checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Provide courteous customer service and greet customers.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Assist with loss prevention procedures and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
