Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates to join our pawn store locations nationwide. The role combines customer service with transactional duties, including sales and loans, while earning commissions in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales, loans and other transactions.
• Perform cash handling and operate POS systems accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Explain pawn and buy processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store targets.
