FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will engage customers, process sales and loans, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to perform duties for extended periods (standing, etc.).
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures when required.
• Keeps the sales floor clean and stocked; maintains merchandise displays.
• Processes sales and loans in line with policies and procedures.
• Handles cash and negotiable items in a compliant manner.
• Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues.
