FirstCash is seeking entry‑level, full‑time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role offers an hourly wage with commission and benefits. The position includes Earned Wage Access from day two and a plan to earn 2‑8% commission based on personal performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods; firearm certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training and other duties as needed.
