POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates in Pleasanton, CA. You will deliver memorable in-store experiences, engage customers, and help bring our world of collectible art toys to life through product knowledge and storytelling.

You will support daily operations including merchandising, inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. A passion for designer toys, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture is highly valued, with flexible hours and growth

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail or service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technology and POS systems.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build authentic connections.
• Educate customers on POP MART's products and memberships.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions.
• Assist with receiving shipments, inventory, and stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Cross-train for Robo Shop replenishment as needed.
