Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking energetic Sales Associates to deliver memorable shopping experiences and bring our brand to life in-store. You will engage customers, share our world of designer toys, and provide personalized recommendations to inspire excitement and repeat visits.

You will also support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. A passion for collectibles, art, anime, and pop culture is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently recommend products.
• Interest in collectibles, designer toys, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology, point-of-sale systems, and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build authentic customer relationships.
• Confidently share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, collectible characters, product collections, promotions, and membership program.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture and new product launches.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and upselling of merchandise.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and inventory organization.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and safety on the sales floor and backroom.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and replenishment.
