POP MART is seeking energetic Sales Associates in Livermore, CA. You will deliver memorable shopping experiences, recommend products, and share POP MART’s world of designer toys with customers. You’ll also assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and storytelling to drive sales and loyalty. A background in retail and the ability to engage diverse customers are valued.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic relationships.
• Become a brand ambassador by sharing POP MART's story, artist collaborations, and products.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture, blind boxes, MEGA collections, and new launches.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist receiving shipments, replenishment, and maintain stockroom accuracy.
