Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates to create memorable shopping experiences and act as brand ambassadors. You will guide customers through POP MART's collectible world, recommend products, and drive store performance with knowledge and enthusiasm.

You will also help with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations while building lasting connections with guests. A passion for designer toys, art, anime, or pop culture is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently recommend products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and warmly welcome guests.
• Share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, and product lines.
• Assist with receiving shipments, merchandising, and stockroom organization.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions accurately.
• Support store operations and collaborate with teammates to hit sales goals.
