Job summary

POP MART in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to bring our brand to life in-store. You will deliver exceptional service, share POP MART's story, and help customers discover collectible art toys through product knowledge and engaging storytelling.

The role includes merchandising, inventory support, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Prior retail experience helps, as does enthusiasm for pop culture, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail or service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in collectibles, designer toys, art, anime, gaming, fashion or pop culture is strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic customer relationships.
• Educate customers on POP MART's world of collectible culture, including Blind Boxes and new product launches.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs, making personalized recommendations, and upselling.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, organizing inventory, and stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and safety on the sales floor and backroom.
