Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to create memorable shopping experiences and bring our unique brand to life. You will serve as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service, building genuine connections with customers, and helping drive store performance through product knowledge, storytelling, and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in collectibles, designer toys, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build authentic customer relationships.
• Share POP MART’s story, artist collaborations, and product knowledge with customers.
• Educate customers on collectibles, Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and new product launches.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations, upselling, and achieving store goals.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing inventory, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe store presentation on the sales floor and backroom.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily sales and operational objectives.
• Cross-train to support Robo Shop replenishment and related processes.
