FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Las Vegas, NV. You will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions in a pawn store environment, and assist customers with financial solutions. The position offers a starting pay of $12.00 to $15.00 per hour along with commission potential and comprehensive benefits.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, desire to work in a retail environment, and a High School Diploma or GED. Additional perks include flexible work hours and tuition reimbursement. Must be 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
$12.00 to $15.00 per hour + up to 8% commission on transactions, averaging an additional $2.78 per hour on top of hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for pawn store locations nationwide. As a Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate, you will partner with the entire store staff to ensure top‑notch customer service on both the lending and retail sides. You will greet, engage, and interact with customers to process sales, loans, and other transactions across a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

Commission is proprietary to FirstCash, with potential earnings of 2–8% based on gross profit of personal performance. More details are provided during the interview.
