Job summary

Scandinavian Designs and Dania Furniture is seeking a Sales Associate for our Westminster showroom. You will provide friendly, consultative service and help customers discover Nordic-inspired furnishings.

This full-time position starts with a training wage of $18.81 per hour for three months, followed by a continuous base pay of $15.15 per hour plus uncapped commission. Training and product knowledge will empower you to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
• Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
• Become an expert in our products and services through training
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams
