Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Springfield, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help members with memberships, travel planning, and financial products while supporting Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays, no late nights or Sundays, and a path to growth within a trusted brand. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills – you can build trust and explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
