Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver member value and drive sales. You will promote memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while assisting travelers with planning and options.

This full-time role offers a steady Mon-Fri schedule (8AM–6PM) with Saturdays (8AM–5PM), up to 3 weeks PTO in year one, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain value clearly.
• Willingness to obtain Notary Public designation within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Promote AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, responding to calls throughout business hours.
• Support cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
