Job summary

AAA in Dayton, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help members with memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while delivering strong sales results.

You’ll work Monday–Friday 9AM to 6PM and Saturday 9AM to 2PM, 37.5 hours per week, with no late nights or Sundays. Up to 3 weeks PTO in your first year.

Hourly pay ranges from $15.54 to $19.88, plus a monthly incentive of $162–$389 based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed
