Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Manhattan, KS is hiring a Retail Sales Associate. You will promote memberships, process travel planning requests, and assist with roadside calls to support members and drive sales.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and comfort with multiple systems. Notary designation may be pursued after hire; benefits include paid time off and a 401(k) plan. Work is full-time with a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and explain value.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
