Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Falls Church, VA is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to support AAA members with memberships, insurance referrals, and travel planning. The role follows a Mon–Fri 8AM–6PM, Sat 8AM–5PM schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week with no late nights or Sundays.

Hourly pay ranges from $18.82 to $24.07, plus a monthly incentive of $162–$389 based on performance. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and other perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills; able to build trust and explain value clearly
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to RACC calls throughout the day
• Support team operations with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed
