Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in North Canton, OH is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to promote memberships, assist with travel planning, and support sales performance. You will interact with members, respond to calls, and perform cashiering and ID services as needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, notary eligibility, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. In-person work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to RACC calls throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
