Job summary

AAA Delaware is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to promote AAA memberships, assist customers with travel planning, and support Roadside Assistance operations. You will help build member value while contributing to overall sales performance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced setting. Notary designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months is expected.

• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screenings including criminal, drug, and state/vendor screenings; may require a Membership license.

Responsibilities

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.

• Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate
