Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Manhattan, KS is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to support sales performance and deliver value to AAA members. You will promote memberships, assist with travel planning, and handle Roadside Assistance calls while contributing to cashiering and ID services as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and comfort navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

• Hourly Pay: $14 – $18 hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 1PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:
