Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Roanoke, VA, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to promote memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while assisting customers with travel planning and roadside assistance.

You will support cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills; able to build trust and explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Satisfactory pre-employment screening results.

Responsibilities

• Promote AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
