Job summary

AAA Mid-Atlantic is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Richmond, VA to help members with memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while delivering outstanding service.

You will assist travel planning, handle Roadside Assistance calls, and support cashiering, tag and title, and ID services. Location is 7009 West Broad Street, Richmond, VA. This full-time role offers strong benefits and a schedule Mon-Fri plus Saturday, with no late nights or Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

• Hourly Pay: $16.37 to $20.93 hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

  • Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 5PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate
