Scandinavian Designs and Dania Furniture are seeking a Sales Associate to join our Meridian showroom. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, building product knowledge, and driving sales in a commission-based environment.

Training wage is offered initially, with a base pay plus uncapped commissions after training, along with full-time benefits. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2+ years in sales or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work a mix of

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, kneel and use hand tools for assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; interior design experience a plus.

Responsabilités

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach

Location: Meridian, Idaho

Position: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Training Wage: $16.50/hr - $18/hr for three months! Paid Bi-weekly!

Post Training Wage: Continuous base pay of $14.00/hr PLUS uncapped commission!
